"Kids Run for Fun!"
Registration form
Mark your calendar to join us on Friday evenings at the Illinois Wesleyan University track. If you ran with us last year, you will receive a registration form in the mail. 2010 dates: May 28 - August 6 with no run on July 9.
What is it?
- Kids through age 12 are invited to weekly runs at Illinois Wesleyan
University track
- Registration begins at 5:30 and the run starts promptly at 6:00
- Cost is $1 per child per week
- Pre-paid runners receive a Kids Run for Fun T-shirt their first night
- Weekly-pay runners receive a T-shirt on their 5th night of running
- All participants get a race number, ribbon, cookies and drinks each
week!
- Every child receives a trophy on the last night - TROPHY NIGHT!
Note: The child must be present on trophy night to receive a trophy.
This family event is non-competitive and intended to help kids learn that exercising and running can be fun. Kids will be grouped according to age with the younger ones starting first (Parents may run with young children).
